Hello Hello Hello! This week was a grind for sure! We did a whole bunch of finding, and this week we're starting to see how the lord's blessing us for it. I'm not sure if this happened before or after last p-day, but I had been reading Jesus The Christ and finally finished it. It was a good experience for me, I had been feeling a little difficulty with trying to focus and get all my energy back into the work, and finishing it really helped me reset my perspective and revive my fire! Jóhanna is back from her thing so we'll be able to meet with her again! Her baptismal date is may 23rd, pray for her! Thelma Karen, one of our returning members has 2 kids that we hope to start teaching soon! It will be great to tie the blessings of the restored gospel to their whole family! Davíð Art, one of the members is (Ironically) an artist by profession! Today he wants us to come to his studio and paint with him! It should be a really fun experience. Lydia, our Irish friend, came to...

Hello! This week was pretty good, kind of long! Elder Pollock and I are getting along well! I acquired a copy of A marvelous work and wonder in Icelandic. I've not read too much but it should be great! The weather was beautiful for 2 days! Sorry this is a short one! Get your scripture study in! Love Elder Rasmussen

What's going on my friends? I hope you're doing well. This week was pretty great. We've been grinding to give out all of our easter cards, and we finished. (Except the one I found in our car but we don't count that). The easter cards have information on them about á concert on youtube that I believe was put on by the Europe Area but it might be world wide. We had several hundred. So we went out to different towns to share them and stuff. There was this one place called Miðfell which was a bunch of farmer people. One lady was super nice and talkative. Then she gave us a referral in the next town over. The town was 5 houses, a barn, and a church. So we went and knocked it and this dog followed us all the way around. I named it Uzbekistan. In Thursday we taught English class, it went well. Friday we visited Davíð Art, a returning member. He's a talker. We were there for 4 hours 😂 Saturday we had transfer news. Elder Pollock is coming to Selfoss with me! We also ...

What's crackalacking?? This week was pretty weird. On monday, tuesday, and wednesday, the Tech Elders from Denmark came to film á video for our facebook page. It should turn out nice. I hope it was worth the resources used though... The Europe Area produced an easter Concert that's pretty baller, it's on youtube. We got a bunch of cards to announce it and have been trying to give all of them out before easter. This weekend was general conference. It was pretty good!! We were in Reykjavik, where they host the general conference broadcast in Icelandic. President Nelson's talk was pretty great! It was particularly cool because I've been trying to be a peacemaker extra hard these past few transfers, and boy, I've got a lot of work to do. But several weeks ago, I was praying and I had an impression to write a song to the peacemaker verse. It's probably really cringy and I have no intent on sharing it, but it's in my journal somewhere. Our friend Lydia ca...
