Hello beautiful people! Shout out to my brother who graduated this week! This week was amazing! On tuesday we got transfer news. President Mattsson called me as I was finishing getting ready, and I had a little panic attack but it was because he assigned me to be district leader and said I'd be moving to Reykjavik. After we got that news we contacted as many people as week could and got as many visit as possible! It gave us an opportunity to meet with Jóhanna again. It was amazing to see her! Keep her in your prayers! She's fighting some though battles in her personal life. We also got to visit several members, one of which gave us some American dr.pepper and I was loving it. I drank a can with every meal for 2 days. On thursday I said goodbye to our icelandic class and one of them started crying... 😅 Friday we came to Reykjavik for district council, where we then started transfers! I'm not sure where the time went, but many good things happened. Last tuesday we went to a town called Flúðir to meet someone named Birta who requested a book of Mormon. We went there, gave her the book, and asked if she'd like to hear a message about it! She did, so we taught her the restoration and plan to go back tomorrow. When we asked her why she's interested in the book, she said that she was just looking for the truth. She doesn't know it yet, but she's found it! She has a super cute 3 year old daughter who reminded me of my nieces, shout out to them and my sister. Please pray for Jóhanna. She's been super hard to get in contact with. These past 14 days have been kind of crazy not gonna lie. 2 wednesdays ago I was on splits with Elder Richards, and I accidently hit him with a car. It was kind of miraculous the way that everything worked out. We called an ambulance and it turned out that the hospital was right across a field by the parking lot. He was never in critical condition, but his quad got a partial tear. No bones or anything else broke though. The doctor said that he basically just had to walk it off and in 3ish weeks it would be better. Guys, elder Richards is a beast. He was lying on the street shaking from shock, and he looked at me and told me to forgive myself and that he forgave me. It's a very christlike thing that he did. It would just so happen that zone conference was 3 days later. So I got an interview with president Mattsson, and President was also a beast. He told me similar things. Hello people! This week was pretty good, kind of slow. We taught Stefán again, that went alright! Idk if I wrote about this last week, but we got a new friend, Rola. She's from Syria, and she really loves the concept of personal revelation and the modern day prophets It snowed about 2 feet on wednesday or thursday. Happy summer! We got to teach Jóhanna again! She's got several questions, but as of now she's still on baptismal date! I've been reading a Marvelous Work and a wonder! It's really good. So is the Book of Mormon haha.
