Góðan og blessaðan daginn!

How are you guys doing this week? Sorry I missed last week, we went on an epic p-day trip. I think I already put photos on that album though if you want to check it out. The past 7 days were pretty crazy not gonna lie.

Sunday: After church we made brownies to take to a dinner with the rest of the Elders. We met in one of the apartments, ate some food, then had a little devotional. It was pretty fun. We also got permission for the 8 of us to spend the night there, so we had a slumber party essentially. It was really fun.

Monday: We went to snæfellsnes as a zone. It was pretty legendary! After that we went to the YSA fhe and had a pretty good evening. Apparently Sister Bingham (one of the sisters serving here now) has a foot full of lead. It's funny though because she's the most mellow person, but she knows how to whip a vehicle. We're all still in shock.

Tuesday: We got to go on splitz with the zone leaders. I was with Elder Pearson. We went to do blitz splits and knock out a neighborhood on the way to keflavík. After that we went to keflavík and got KFC together. It killed everyone. I think that someone let that batch of chicken get contaminated or something, because everyone felt like poo. After that, because Elder Pearson and I were both out of our area, we went to the church to try to get our studies and do some facebook work. It didn't go to well. People kept coming in and out, which was kind of distracting, but really good!

Wednesday: We woke up at 2:30 in the morning, which with the time zone is before most of you guys og to sleep. We went to the airport and were ready to dip, but right when the dude started checking passports, my comp and another elder dipped to go to the restroom. Not the biggest deal, but we were only allowed one carry on per companionship, and it was connected to his boarding pass. So I was sitting there by the gate waiting for him for like 30 minutes haha. Fortunately he came back in time. In Denmark we got to go to the temple! It was super awesome! The new presentation is baller. Give it a look if you can! Then we got to go around Copenhagen! On one street corner, there were 3 dudes playing the accordian, so of course we started dancing. Then this group of italian teenagers ran up and challenged elder Johnson (one of the best APs in the world) to a dance battle. So there we were, and a larger crowd had gathered. The kid was fortnite dancing, and Elder Johnson was going crazy. Towards the end, Elder Johnson hit a super cold moonwalk, then threw up a dub. It was over and we were all losing it because it was legendary, then Elder Mattson runs out and hits a super clean backflip. It was a total blast, then we just dipped. We stopped by a lego store. I scanned my hand and got clowned by the minifigure I got assigned to (see the photo album). We got to stay at the mission home! It was legendary. I got my booty handed to me in fooseball several times.

Thursday: We had mission conference, and I must say that my social skills have not gotten much better than they were before I graduated highschool. I stood in the corner like the guy at the dance, but I stood in the corner with my fellow guy at the dance Elder Richards. There were several awesome trainings, and a super awesome testimony meeting! That evening we went out for Kebab, and Elder Richards and I were totally vibing.

Friday: We flew back to Iceland. Got pizza with the boys and then came to Selfoss.

legendary.

love,

Öldungur Rasmussen
